They are not a Bernie Sanders tribute band. Grown up on rock and roll, Benji and Gigzy AKA "The Bernies" are an outfit from the deep South-West of Sydney. They play music the way it should be, loud and raucous. The Bernies are best served live, with a side of whiskey on the rocks. Their long anticipated E.P: "Midnight Strangers" is a blend of modern indie and classic rock, a style that The Bernies have welded together with blood, sweat, and tone. They love their mothers and cold beer on a Friday night.
